The emulation content focuses on performing well the assigned political tasks. Regarding political ideology: 100% of officers and soldiers have strong political will; strictly comply with the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's laws, and military discipline. Regarding training and combat readiness: Complete 100% of training plans and programs for the subjects; 100% of test results meet requirements, of which over 75% are good and excellent. Maintain strict combat readiness regime, strictly manage weapons and equipment, avoid damage or loss; practice proficiently combat readiness plans, plans to protect agencies and units; participate in competitions and sports events to strive for high achievements.

Regarding the establishment of a regular system and discipline training: 100% of agencies and units have a plan to build a comprehensive and strong "Exemplary Model"; 100% of officers and soldiers strictly comply with the laws, regulations, rules, and regimes of the unit. Regarding logistics and technical work: Ensure good accommodation, living, and working conditions for soldiers; ensure adequate materials, means, and equipment for tasks, especially training and combat readiness tasks; promote the spirit of thrift, combat waste...
