Fireworks display, 'light feast' performance with nearly 1,000 drones at Hoa Lu festival

A light show with nearly 1,000 drones participating will be performed at the celebration of the 1,100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang.

On April 16, news from the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province said that at the program to celebrate the 1,100th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang (924-2024) and the opening of the Hoa Lu festival in 2024, the province assigned the Provincial Military Command to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture and Sports, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Provincial Police, the People's Committee of Hoa Lu district and related units to develop a plan to organize the firing of 150 low-altitude fireworks right after the end of the commemorative art program (expected at 9:30 p.m. on April 17) with a duration of 15 minutes, low range (under 120m) at the special national relic site of the ancient capital Hoa Lu.

On the morning of April 16, at the national architectural and artistic relic site of Saint Nguyen Temple (Gia Vien district, Ninh Binh province), the traditional festival of Saint Nguyen Temple in 2024 also took place.

Along with that, within the framework of the program, there will be a drone light performance with nearly 1,000 unmanned aircraft to tell the story of King Dinh Tien Hoang from the time of flag-raising exercises to the suppression of the 12 warlords, unification of the country, and establishment of the legitimate Dai Co Viet nation after more than 1,000 years of Chinese domination. The word ' Thai Binh ' - representing the eternal aspiration of the Vietnamese people will stand out in the sky on the opening night, creating great momentum and pride for today's generation.

In addition, the program will also combine the use of Led floor technology, 3D mapping, etc. to create an attractive moving stage space, bringing a multi-dimensional, profound experience to the audience.

It is known that the art program to celebrate the 1,100th birthday of Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang and the opening of Hoa Lu festival with the theme 'Thien Menh De Do' will take place at 8:10 p.m. on April 17 (ie March 9 of the lunar calendar) at the Hoa Lu ancient capital special national relic site, Ninh Binh province.
