All press units have electronic versions. In addition to the information portal at vnanet.vn, VNA has 16 pages/electronic newspaper.

VNA's information units are gradually applying artificial intelligence (AI) software to the information production process such as: translating, reading news, analyzing search trends, accessing information, and personalizing content according to user needs.
Therefore, although the number of staff has decreased over the past 10 years (from 2,500 to 1,900 people), the information output, traffic and press products of VNA continue to grow thanks to the promotion of digital technology application and the development of data journalism.
Notably, VNA currently publishes information in Lao language in both print and electronic versions. The Lao Vietnamese pictorial is distributed directly in Laos, helping to enhance the effectiveness of propaganda about the special friendship between the two countries.
The General Director of VNA affirmed that the cooperative relationship between VNA and KPL News Agency (Laos) is a symbol of friendship, loyalty and purity.
