Mr. Do Dinh Phieu's family is one of the typical studious families in residential group 66, Phan Dinh Phung ward. His family has more than 10 members, 3 of whom are masters and one is studying for a doctorate. Mr. Phieu's family considers education as the top priority, always trying to study in all circumstances to improve knowledge and develop the family economy .

With the belief that "investing in people is the most sustainable investment", Mr. Phieu's family provides the best conditions for their children to study and grow up.

Sharing this view, Mr. Do Dinh Phieu expressed: Despite the difficulties, we still have to invest in our children's education. They have to go to university, then continue their studies, even study abroad. After accumulating knowledge and experience, what we want most is for them to return to their families and hometowns to develop the family economy, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous locality.

From 2021 up to now, the movement to build learning families has been integrated with the second content of the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" chaired and coordinated by the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels and evaluated and commended at the Great National Unity Days in residential areas every year.

Thereby, the number of learning families in the province has increased over the years: In 2021 there were more than 75,200 families, in 2022 more than 120,000 families, in 2023 more than 260,000 families, in 2024 nearly 270,000 families.

Each person is a digital citizen who will contribute to modernizing the country.

Talking about the outstanding results in the work of promoting learning and talent in the locality, Ms. Do Thi Thin, President of the Association for Promoting Learning, shared: The greatest achievement is that all social forces are imbued with the spirit of building a learning society. From people in villages, hamlets, residential groups to units, businesses, philanthropists... everyone is oriented towards the cause of education , promoting learning and talent. Everyone, from old to young, from rural to urban areas, joins hands with all their hearts to take care of social security and accompany in the cause of cultivating people.

Not stopping at each household, the movement to encourage learning from the family has spread to the lineage of encouraging learning, the community of encouraging learning. In many places, the association of encouraging learning closely coordinates with the family, regularly encourages, rewards, and awards scholarships to children and citizens with good academic achievements. Thanks to that, the rate of students dropping out of school has decreased significantly, many students have achieved high results in exams for excellent students and university entrance exams.

Sharing about the local education promotion movement, Mr. Ngan Ba ​​Cum, Deputy Secretary, Head of Residential Group No. 66, Phan Dinh Phung Ward said: Many families in the locality have promoted the tradition of loving to learn. Children in the family, in each family are all obedient and good at studying, thanks to which not only maintaining the tradition but also contributing to creating motivation for successive generations to strive to improve.
