Specifically, on National Highway 1, the section from Km422+00 - Km423+200 National Highway 1 is experiencing traffic congestion due to fallen trees and electric poles in the left lane, vehicles are temporarily circulating in the right lane, after the storm has passed, the trees and electric poles have been cleared and processed, and by the morning of September 30, 2025, traffic has reopened. The section from Km771+150 - Km771+230 National Highway 1 through Quang Tri is flooded from 0.2 - 0.3 m deep, vehicles are still circulating close to the median strip.
On Ho Chi Minh road, some locations in the section Km780+00 - Km793+00 of the Eastern branch road were partially congested due to fallen trees across the road. After the storm, the trees and electric poles were cleared and traffic was reopened on the morning of September 30, 2025. Ho Chi Minh road at Km201+330, the positive slope landslide that caused traffic congestion on the morning of September 30, 2025 was cleared and traffic was reopened.
Regarding the situation of negative and positive slope landslides, on National Highway 1, Hue City area has a negative slope landslide of Km854+1050 National Highway 1, a positive slope landslide of 30 m3 at Km12+450 National Highway 1 Hue bypass. The area passing through Ha Tinh province has a landslide of about 1,500 m3 at Km920+530T that did not cause traffic jams. It has been leveled and warning signs have been installed; the area in Quang Tri province has a landslide of about 1,363 m3; the area in Hue city has a landslide of about 250 m3... On the highways, the landslides are mainly at some locations on the Cam Lo - La Son highway. On National Highway 1 through Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri, Hue city, Ho Chi Minh road, the highway has thousands of scattered fallen trees, plus hundreds of m3 of soil and rock overflowing the road surface, filling up ditches along sewers, underpasses...
Regarding road surface damage, National Highway 1 through Quang Tri and Hue City has about 210 square meters of potholes; Ho Chi Minh Road through Quang Tri and Hue City has 810 square meters of road surface damaged at 12 locations. In other provinces, 750 square meters/11 locations are damaged.

Currently, the National Highway QLDB II is coordinating with localities, maintenance units, investors, mobilizing all resources to saw, cut down and clear fallen trees, electric poles, lighting, signal lights..., clean the road surface; straighten, return, repair, and replace damaged, broken, or lost signs caused by storms to ensure traffic; clear collapsed rocks and soil, and arrange barriers and signs to ensure traffic...
To proactively respond to the consequences of storm No. 10 and post-storm circulation on works, houses, traffic infrastructure, construction and ensure safety for people and vehicles participating in traffic, the QLDB II Area has issued Official Dispatch No. 15/CD-KQLDB II on proactively responding to and overcoming the consequences of the storm's impact to direct relevant units to respond; at the same time, continue to update, review, and report to the Vietnam Road Administration and the Ministry of Construction.
