The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 8 - 9 (62 - 88 km/h), gusting to level 11; moving northwest at a speed of 10 km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, storm No. 7 will move northwest at a speed of about 10 - 15 km/h and is likely to strengthen. At 4:00 a.m. on September 8, the center of the storm was located in the sea south of Guangdong province (China), with a strength of level 10, gusting to level 13.

In the next 24 hours, storm No. 7 will continue to move northwest at a speed of about 15 km/h and gradually weaken. At 4:00 a.m. on September 9, the center of the storm will be on the mainland of Guangdong province (China), with a strength of level 6-7, gusting to level 9.

At 4:00 p.m. on September 9, storm No. 7 weakened into a low-pressure area over the mainland of Guangxi province (China).

Due to the storm's influence, the northern sea area of ​​the North East Sea has strong winds of level 7-8, the area near the storm's center has winds of level 9-10, gusts of level 13; waves 3-5 m high, very rough seas. Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.

The post-storm circulation No. 7 will cause widespread heavy rain in the North, focusing on the midland and mountainous areas of the Northeast.
