With the area of ineffective agricultural cultivation, localities developed a plan to advise people to convert to key crops with high economic efficiency according to the approved plan. Up to now, 100% of communes have concrete or asphalt roads to commune and village centers, facilitating the trade of goods; 100% of communes and villages have national grid electricity.
