On the morning of August 8, Bat Xat District Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Directive 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo and deploy the plan for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Attending the conference were comrades of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; members of the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee; Chairman and Vice Chairman of the District People's Council and People's Committee; Heads and Deputy Heads of the advisory agencies assisting the District Party Committee; members of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Heads of departments, agencies, units; the Fatherland Front and mass organizations of the district; Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party cells and grassroots Party Committees; Chairmen of the People's Council and People's Committees of communes and towns in the district.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo ; Conclusion No. 793-KL/TU, dated July 24, 2024 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW. At the same time, they gave their opinions on the draft plan of the District Party Standing Committee on the implementation of Directive No. 35-CT/TW and decided to establish sub-committees: documents, personnel, propaganda and service for the District Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee requested that Party committees at all levels need to grasp the requirements and contents of the directive. Based on the directive of the Politburo, the guidance of the Central Committee, the characteristics of each agency, unit at all levels, and organizations need to lead and direct the specific development of plans to prepare and organize congresses at their level; strengthen propaganda work to ensure that cadres and Party members grasp, understand clearly, correctly, and seriously implement Directive No. 35-CT/TW; ensure synchronization and unity from the Central Committee to the grassroots level.

Regarding personnel work and election of Party committees, it is recommended that Party committees and Party organizations at all levels carefully study Directive No. 35-CT/TW and its appendices and strictly implement them, paying attention to personnel work to ensure the direct and comprehensive leadership of Party committees. The implementation process must be in accordance with principles and procedures, promote democracy, and maintain discipline in the selection, introduction, and election of Party committees at all levels. Personnel preparation work must pay attention to standards, age, structure, and quantity, with special attention paid to the quality of personnel.
