According to the plan, the 2025 Green Rice Festival of Nghia Do commune will take place on October 4, 2025 (Saturday), at the Muong Kem Village Cultural House. The Green Rice Festival is a unique festival associated with the agricultural life of the Tay people of Nghia Do commune, expressing people's aspirations for a prosperous and happy life.

This year’s Com Festival is held with many exciting activities. Right after the ceremony, the festival will take place with activities such as: Com pounding competition and Com processing; carrying offerings and offering incense at Nghia Do Temple.

The stages of making green rice flakes are recreated in the festival.

The Photo tour program – Nghia Do Heritage will recreate the story of Nghia Do heritage to promote and honor Tay culture and Nghia Do community cultural tourism site, including: Director, photographer: About 20 people; booths introducing and selling green rice products and local agricultural products.
