According to the report from the Department of Agriculture and Environment and through actual inspection of forest areas, after implementing the coordination regulations in forest management and protection (QLBVR) between forest rangers and specialized forest protection forces, up to now, over 90% of forestry law violations on the four routes of Huu Trach, Ta Trach, Binh Dien and Huong Dien have been basically prevented and repelled compared to before; the number of violations and the volume of confiscated wood have decreased significantly compared to before. Illegal exploitation of forest products and hunting and trapping of wild animals have also been completely limited.
Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Truong Luu highly appreciated the coordination and management of forest protection by the forces. Forestry law violations in the city have decreased steadily and deeply over the years. Forests in the area have been better managed, with no hot spots of deforestation or forest encroachment.
Affirming that Hue is one of the localities with a large area of natural forest, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Truong Luu requested the forces to continue to maintain the coordination plan on established key routes and study and expand the application of the coordination plan at Stations 74 and 71 as well as Khe Liem Station. Strongly apply digital technology to forest management work to both manage forests at the root and effectively monitor biodiversity in priority conservation areas. Strengthen in-depth coordination with police agencies, border guards and local authorities to remotely prevent illegal acts of forest encroachment.

Visiting and working with Cha Lenh Mu Nu Forest Ranger Station, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Truong Luu shared the difficulties and hardships that officers and rangers are facing, especially in harsh weather conditions, large areas, and difficult traffic. The Secretary of the City Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the important contributions of the station in preserving and protecting the local forests and natural resources. At the same time, he requested functional departments and offices to research and advise on appropriate support policies for the rangers, contributing to improving working conditions and the lives of officers.
On this occasion, the City Party Secretary presented gifts of encouragement to the officers and soldiers of Cha Lenh Mu Nu Forest Ranger Station, hoping that the officers and soldiers of the station will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
