After the merger, the Yen Son Commune Party Committee focused on leading and directing the completion of the organizational structure, building working regulations, and assigning specific tasks to each comrade in the Party Committee Standing Committee, Party Executive Committee, agencies, and units.

Policies and resolutions are issued in line with practical situations, ensuring continuity, inheritance and development. Party committees and authorities at all levels proactively carry out propaganda and mobilize people to comply with all Party policies and guidelines and State policies and laws.

Some new administrative procedures arising after the merger have not received timely and specific guidance from superiors, causing confusion for local authorities in implementation, such as in the fields of land and construction.

The leaders of Yen Son commune requested the province to organize training and foster management and operational skills for the team of commune-level officials and civil servants, especially key positions, specialized agencies, departments and offices after the merger. The province requested the Vietnam Social Security to hand over the old Yen Son Social Security Headquarters to the commune to arrange a working headquarters for the Commune Police and the Commune Military Command.

Pay attention to and consider allocating funding sources to invest in and repair administrative headquarters, public administrative service centers, and working equipment to ensure that they meet operational requirements and serve the people in the area...

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Yen Son Commune Party Committee to review and promptly update the guiding documents of the Central and the province to implement them in accordance with local realities. Strengthen propaganda work, grasp public opinion and people's thoughts on the 2-level local government model, have a mechanism for people to contribute ideas and supervise; create an atmosphere of solidarity, unity and consensus among cadres, party members, people and businesses.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh also requested the Yen Son Commune Party Committee to carefully prepare the conditions to successfully organize the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
