Commendation of exemplary workers and laborers

The Standing Committee of the Soc Trang Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) has just held a conference to summarize the activities of Workers' Month and Occupational Safety and Health Month.

Soc Trang Provincial Federation of Labor awarded emulation flags to collectives with outstanding achievements.

During Workers' Month 2025, with the theme "Vietnamese workers pioneering into the new era", the Soc Trang Provincial Federation of Labor has deployed many practical and meaningful activities for workers.

Specifically, support was given to 22 union shelters, with a total support amount of 1.1 billion VND; support for 100 union members and workers in difficult circumstances, each worth 700,000 VND; 50 scholarships were given to students who are children of union members and workers from poor and disadvantaged ethnic minorities (each worth 1 million VND)...

In May, the Soc Trang Provincial Federation of Labor also supported 28 union members and workers who suffered from work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and serious illnesses. Trade unions at all levels in the province also organized many meaningful activities for workers, such as: Union meals; dialogue between grassroots trade unions of enterprises at the workplace; cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities... attracting over 9,600 union members, civil servants, public employees, and workers to participate.

On this occasion, the Soc Trang Provincial Labor Federation organized a ceremony to honor and reward 93 workers with outstanding achievements in the movement of good workers and creative workers. The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Soc Trang Provincial Labor Federation also awarded 5 emulation flags to collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement and trade union activities.
