Training on trade union skills and work in 2024

On September 27, Thanh Hoa City Labor Federation organized a training course on trade union skills and techniques in 2024.

At the conference, more than 200 comrades who are members of the executive committee, members of the inspection committee of the Thanh Hoa City Labor Federation, term X, chairmen of grassroots trade unions (CĐCS), and grassroots trade unions (NĐCS) listened to part-time lecturers of the Provincial Labor Federation convey the topics: Law on implementing democracy at the grassroots level, instructions on coordinating the organization of conferences of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers' conferences in agencies, units, and enterprises; roles, functions, and tasks of grassroots trade unions and NĐCS, content and methods of operation of chairmen of grassroots trade unions and NĐCS; propaganda work of trade union organizations through social networks and media of Thanh Hoa Trade Union; financial work of grassroots trade unions and NĐCS.

Through the training conference, the union chairmen and union members have improved their qualifications, cultivated professional theories, gained more experience and professional skills in union work, contributing to building an increasingly strong union organization, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
