The meeting heard the presentation of draft resolutions: approving the adjustment of the medium-term public investment plan using local budget capital for the period 2021 - 2025, Tuyen Quang province; approving the adjustment of the investment policy for the project to renovate, upgrade and build new works to serve reserve training in Tuyen Quang province.
Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Van Dinh Thao answered and clarified the opinions of delegates raised at the meeting.
The delegates attending the meeting basically agreed with the draft resolution. At the same time, they contributed some opinions on the contents of the draft resolution, in which, they proposed to consider adding and increasing the public investment plan of local budget capital for the period 2021 - 2025 to balance, supplement, adjust, and allocate detailed investment capital plans for 2 expressway projects: Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho connecting with Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway and Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang .
Regarding the draft resolution approving the adjustment of the investment policy for the Project to renovate, upgrade and build new facilities for training reserve forces in the province, it is proposed to increase the construction scale and area of some items to ensure that they are suitable for the functions and needs of use, and the size is consistent with the housing projects for soldiers in the Ministry of National Defense .

Leaders of the Provincial People's Council committees requested the drafting agencies to absorb opinions, consider adjusting and perfecting the submission and draft resolution to ensure completeness, strictness and compliance with regulations before submitting to the 8th Special Session of the Provincial People's Council.
