Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and leaders of Hai Duong city offered incense.
In a solemn atmosphere, with infinite gratitude and deep appreciation, the leaders respectfully laid a wreath with the words "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs", took a minute to commemorate and offer incense to commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh , revolutionary predecessors, heroic Vietnamese mothers; and remembered the contributions of heroic martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers who bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.
After a minute of silence, leaders of Hai Duong province and delegates burned incense at the stele to record the names of heroic martyrs and visited the grave of martyr Hong Quang.
