(Dan Tri) - A series of land lots in districts on the outskirts of Hanoi are about to be put up for auction, starting at 3.8 million VND/m2.
On the morning of November 30, Thanh Oai district (Hanoi) will organize an auction of 22 land plots with a total area of over 2,209 square meters, in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune.
The plots of land range in size from 85.75m2 to 135.7m2 with a starting price of VND5.3 million/m2. The deposit ranges from over VND93 million to over VND143 million/plot. The auction is conducted in a direct secret ballot with multiple rounds (at least 5 rounds are required).
Also at this land, on the morning of December 7, Thanh Oai district will continue to auction 19 plots of land with a starting price of 5.3 million VND/m2. The plots of land have an area of 87m2 to 117m2, with a deposit of 92 million to 136 million VND/plot. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds (at least 5 rounds are required).
Then, on the morning of December 21, Thanh Oai district continued to auction 20 plots of land also in the Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune. The plots of land have an area from 96m2 to 149.34m2, the starting price is 5.4 million VND/m2.
Deposits for plots of land range from 109 million VND to 158 million VND/plot. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds (at least 8 mandatory rounds).

On November 25, Thuong Tin district (Hanoi) will organize an auction of the right to use 24 plots of land belonging to the Van Diem commune's Technical Infrastructure project. The plots of land have an area of 128-378m2/plot with a starting price of 3.8 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots ranges from 98.9 million VND to 292.7 million VND/plot. The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in multiple rounds (at least 6 rounds are required).
Quoc Oai District (Hanoi City) is also looking for an auction organizer for 26 plots of land (Area LK1, LK2) and 26 plots of land (Area LK2, LK6) at the auction plot 31 Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune. The plots of land have an area of 73.2m2 to 122m2, with a starting price of 4.7 million VND/m2.
Previously, on November 16, Quoc Oai district organized an auction of 20 plots of land (LK3, LK4) at the auction site in Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune. These plots have an area of 80.1-105.4 m2, with a starting price of 4.7 million VND/m2.
As a result, the plot with the highest winning price was 94.7 million VND/m2 and the lowest was 70.7 million VND/m2. The amount of money that Quoc Oai district collected from the auction was nearly 142 billion VND, a difference of nearly 134 billion VND compared to the starting price.
On the same day, Thanh Oai district also organized an auction of 25 land plots in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, Do Dong commune (phase 1).
These plots have an area of 83-157m2, starting price 5.3 million VND/m2. As a result, the highest winning price is 90.3 million VND/m2, belonging to two plots in corner position. These plots are about 114 m2 and 129 m2 wide, meaning the plot prices are nearly 10.3 billion and 11.7 billion respectively, more than 17 times the starting price. The lowest winning price is 45.3 million VND/m2, belonging to a plot of land also in corner position, 157 m2 wide, or more than 7.1 billion, 8.5 times the starting price.
Or on November 11, Hoai Duc district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 32 plots of land LK05 and LK06 in Long Khuc area, Tien Yen commune. The plot of land with the highest winning price was 109.3 million VND/m2, nearly 15 times higher than the starting price. This is a corner plot, area 148m2, total value of the whole plot of land is about 16.1 billion VND. The remaining plots of land won the price of 79-97 million VND/m2.
