Mr. Ho Van Nien was appointed Secretary of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Ho Van Nien, Permanent Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, was assigned and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.

On October 2, Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee held a Provincial Party Committee Conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work.

At the conference, Politburo member and Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung presented the Politburo's decision on the transfer, assignment and appointment of Mr. Ho Van Nien, Permanent Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Ho Van Nien (50 years old, from Gia Lai province) has a Bachelor of Law degree. He used to be Secretary of Dak Po District Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee (former).

In July, Mr. Ho Van Nien was mobilized and appointed by the Prime Minister as Permanent Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.

On October 1, in Hanoi, the Central Organizing Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's decision to let Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, cease to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van was mobilized, assigned and appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.
