Social policy bank transaction offices actively disburse funds in the first trading session

(DN) - On the morning of July 5, the Dong Phu Social Policy Bank Transaction Office, together with socio-political organizations, held the first transaction session in Tan Loi commune since the implementation of administrative unit arrangement.

At the transaction session, the unit collected debts, collected interest, received deposits from customers and disbursed VND 480 million to 10 customers who borrowed capital to invest in renewing clean water works, building new sanitation works and investing in planting and caring for rubber trees, promptly meeting the loan needs of beneficiaries of social policy credit programs in the commune.

Tan Loi commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes Tan Loi, Tan Hung, Tan Hoa; after the merger, the outstanding social policy credit balance in the commune as of June 30, 2025 reached over 95 billion VND with 36 savings and loan groups, 1,550 customers borrowing capital from credit programs.

* On the morning of July 5, the Cam My Social Policy Bank Transaction Office held its first transaction session in Song Ray commune - a new administrative unit after completing the merger of two-level local governments. At the first transaction session, the unit disbursed a total of VND 525 million to 12 customers belonging to policy target groups such as: poor households, near-poor households, newly escaped poverty households and households in difficult circumstances. The preferential capital will help people invest in production, livestock farming, house renovation, improve learning conditions for their children and access clean water and rural environmental sanitation.

* On the same day, the Vinh Cuu Social Policy Bank Transaction Office conducted the first transaction session after the administrative unit arrangement. Accordingly, at the transaction session in Tan An commune, the disbursement result was recorded with a total amount of 210 million VND for 5 customers. Up to now, the outstanding debt at Tan An point of Vinh Cuu Social Policy Bank Transaction Office has reached 30 billion 499 million VND with 12 savings and loan groups, with 594 customers borrowing.
