In the period of 2019 - 2025, the emulation movement "Coast Guard officers and soldiers compete to implement office culture, build a Vietnam Coast Guard "Responsible - Disciplined - Humane" worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers - Coast Guard soldiers" has been deployed synchronously and effectively, becoming an important driving force to promote the building of a professional, disciplined and friendly working environment in the entire force.

To effectively carry out the emulation movement and continue to improve the quality of office culture for officers and soldiers, Lieutenant General Bui Quoc Oai, Political Commissar of the Vietnam Coast Guard, suggested that in the coming time, Party committees and commanders of agencies and units continue to focus on leading and directing the implementation of a number of key solutions, including: Regularly doing a good job of propaganda and education on office culture; implementing in accordance with practical conditions, linking the emulation movement with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Promoting the dynamism and creativity of mass organizations and military collectives; strengthening military discipline, raising awareness and professional ethics of each soldier. Promoting propaganda work on the results of the emulation movement, replicating good practices and effective models. Regularly paying attention to the material and spiritual life of officers and soldiers, creating motivation for work and an environment for cultural behavior. Strengthen and foster close relationships with local Party committees and authorities in the stationed area...
