The Waterway Police force guides people to anchor their boats and ships safely, limiting damage caused by rain and storms.

Accordingly, the Waterway Police Team has regularly monitored the situation and weather developments, especially the direction and scope of the storm's impact, and at the same time organized officers and soldiers to strictly maintain 100% of their personnel on duty, ready to handle any arising situations.

Accordingly, the Waterway Police Team has made maximum preparations in terms of forces, vehicles, equipment, supplies, and fuel to respond to storm No. 5 according to the "4 on-site" motto (on-site command, on-site forces, on-site supplies, on-site logistics). Along with that, the Waterway Police force has also organized patrols on rivers and canals to both propagate and remind owners of boats and passenger terminals to proactively prevent and combat storms; and to inspect ferry terminals, transport and tourist boats and aquaculture and seafood farming vehicles to guide and remind people to strictly comply with safety regulations during the storm season, and absolutely not to be subjective or negligent when the storm makes landfall.
