Ms. Sauliere and Cat Hai Special Zone Police returned lost property to tourists on the morning of September 21.

On the morning of September 21, Mr. Bui Trong Viet, residing in Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong, picked up a black leather wallet in the area of ​​Duc Thanh Tran temple, Ninh Tiep village, Cat Hai special zone. Inside the wallet were a driver's license and citizen identification card in the name of Pham Minh The; a motorbike registration certificate in the name of Do Thi Thanh Ha and 11.8 million VND in cash.

Also on September 21, Ms. Sauliere (French nationality) while visiting Cat Ba also picked up a handbag. Inside the wallet were: 2 iPhone 13 phones, 1 motorbike key, citizen ID, bank card in the name of Pham Thi Ngoc Anh and 3 million VND in cash.

Immediately afterwards, Mr. Viet and Ms. Sauliere brought all of the above assets to hand over to the Cat Hai Special Zone Police.

Ms. Luu Thi Binh received her lost phone back from the Cat Hai Special Zone Police officers .

After receiving the property, the Cat Hai Special Zone Police force quickly verified, contacted and returned it to the person who lost it on September 21.

Previously, on September 20, Cat Hai Special Zone Police received an iPhone 12 handed over by Senior Lieutenant Le Minh Diep, an officer of the Regional Police Team, after picking it up at the Cat Ba market intersection, village 14, Cat Ba.

Immediately after receiving the phone, the officer on duty immediately verified it and quickly contacted the owner. The owner is Ms. Luu Thi Binh, born in 1955, residing at 9/231 An Duong Ward, Hai Phong City, who is traveling in Cat Ba. The phone was verified by the Cat Hai Special Zone Police and returned to Ms. Binh on September 20.
