Termination of contract with the custodian

Nam Dan District Medical Center, Nghe An Province has decided to terminate the contract for vehicle parking at the district medical center's parking lot with Mr. Hoang Quoc An (in Nam Dan town, Nam Dan district).

Immediately after Giao Thong Newspaper published an article reflecting on November 24, Nam Dan District Medical Center, Nghe An Province, decided to terminate the vehicle parking contract at the district medical center's parking lot.

Even though there is no ticket when entering, all cars are charged a fee when exiting.

Accordingly, Nam Dan District Medical Center decided to terminate the vehicle parking contract with Mr. Hoang Quoc An (in Nam Dan town, Nam Dan district).

Mr. Nguyen Canh Thang, Director of the center, said that the reason for terminating the contract was because the winning bidder had committed violations in the process of parking vehicles, such as: Collecting fees in violation of regulations, not providing parking tickets to vehicle owners, and not posting the car fee collection price list at the parking lot.

Contract termination date is from 10:00 on November 24, 2024.

There were people who did not pay parking fees because they did not have tickets and were threatened.

The center also said that in the coming time, the Administrative Organization Department of Nam Dan District Medical Center will be responsible for arranging human resources to take over and look after vehicles to ensure the management of people's vehicles when they come for examination and treatment until the center completes the bidding process for parking according to state regulations.

There will be 4 staff members from the Administrative Organization Department of Nam Dan District Medical Center to temporarily take over and look after the vehicles in the coming time.

Regarding the Nghe An Department of Health, this unit affirmed that the handling and responsibility in the incident belongs to the Nam Dan District Medical Center, because this unit is completely autonomous.

As reported by Giao Thong Newspaper, when people go by car to the Nam Dan District Medical Center (Nghe An province) for medical examination and treatment or to visit relatives, there is no notice, no posting, and no one to write parking tickets.

However, after parking the car in the yard and going out the gate, there was a man standing in front of the car demanding money.

There were people who were upset and protested not paying for parking because they did not have a ticket, but a subject jumped out and blocked the moving car, holding a brick to threaten them in order to collect the money.
