Welcome Spring At Ty 2025

(Dan Tri) - In a joyful atmosphere, with the sound of firecrackers and bustling Spring music everywhere, people across the country welcome the New Year of the Snake 2025 with many expectations for the new era.

The weather on January 28 (December 29) across the country is favorable for people to enjoy outdoor activities. The North is cold but does not affect people's plans for fun.

To welcome the New Year of the Snake 2025, Hanoi will organize fireworks displays at 30 locations (31 sites) from 0:00 to 0:15 on January 29 (the first day of the Lunar New Year), including 9 high-altitude and low-altitude locations (10 sites) and 21 low-altitude locations in 30 districts, towns and cities.

This year, Ho Chi Minh City set a record for the number of fireworks display locations with a total of 15 locations, including 2 high-altitude locations and 13 low-altitude locations.

In addition, other provinces and cities organize fireworks displays and cultural programs to serve the people's needs for Tet and Spring.

According to Dan Tri reporter, from 7pm, thousands of people flocked to Hoan Kiem Lake area (Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi) to welcome New Year's Eve and wait to watch fireworks.

The weather in Hanoi on the evening of December 29th was cold, with temperatures ranging from 12 to 20 degrees Celsius, and no rain, making it convenient for people to go out and celebrate New Year's Eve.

In Ho Chi Minh City, since this morning, the fireworks display point at the Saigon River Tunnel Park, about 1,500 high-altitude fireworks and 30 low-altitude fireworks have been arranged to set up a fireworks "battlefield". This is the area with the most fireworks displays among the 15 shooting locations in Ho Chi Minh City.

Soldiers from the Ho Chi Minh City Command and the Militia and Self-Defense Force helped assemble fireworks to serve the sacred New Year's Eve moment.
