Dai Loc District Tax Department completed the budget targets assigned by the province.

(QNO) - Dai Loc District Tax Department has just summarized tax work in 2023 and deployed tasks in 2024.

In 2023, production and business activities in Dai Loc district faced many difficulties and challenges affecting the state budget revenue. However, thanks to the drastic implementation of solutions to manage state budget revenue, support people and businesses to overcome difficulties and restore production and business, Dai Loc District Tax Department has completed all the estimated targets assigned by the province.

Accordingly, the total state budget revenue managed by the tax department has so far reached 140 billion VND, reaching 143% of the provincial estimate, reaching 121% of the district People's Council's estimate. Many revenue items and taxes have been completed and exceeded the estimate. For example, tax collection from the non-state industrial and commercial sector is 45.8 billion VND (reaching 118.3% of the estimate); registration fee tax is 18.3 billion VND (reaching 107.6% of the estimate); personal income tax is 9.5 billion VND (reaching 126.7% of the estimate).

Another highlight of Dai Loc District Tax Department is the successful implementation of electronic invoices in the area, with 746 successful registrations for electronic invoices (100%). Of which, 37 taxpayers belong to the group using electronic invoices with tax authority codes generated from cash registers. In addition, the District Tax Department has conducted 39 inspections at taxpayers' headquarters and processed and collected nearly 4 billion VND; collected 4.6 billion VND in transit tax; collected over 3 billion VND in tax arrears.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Dai Loc District People's Committee - Mr. Le Van Quang commended and acknowledged the tax work results achieved by the District Tax Department in 2023. In the coming time, the leaders of the District People's Committee requested the tax sector to focus on effectively implementing solutions to prevent revenue loss and reduce tax arrears; strictly manage budget revenue sources; continue to remove difficulties and obstacles, implement tax policies to support businesses; strengthen tax inspection and examination.

On this occasion, Dai Loc District People's Committee commended 3 collectives and 5 individuals for their outstanding achievements in the tax sector's emulation movement in 2023.
