Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue - Lam Dong women of the new era

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue , although busy with her business, still always completes her assigned tasks.

Her story is a vivid example of the movement “Building Lam Dong women of the new era” launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women’s Union. She was also honored to be recognized at the Conference of advanced models recently organized by the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Duc Trong commune.

In 2001, leaving her hometown Nam Dinh , Ms. Hue and her family moved to Tan Ha Lam Ha, Lam Dong to do farming. Although the couple worked hard and diligently, life was still difficult and they could not save enough. Unstable agricultural prices caused many dreams of a stable life to slip away. Not giving up, she and her husband were determined to find a new direction.

In 2018, her family moved to Duc Trong, investing in the production and processing of paper rolls, tissues and work gloves. Along with developing the family economy, Ms. Hue also actively participated in activities at the Women's Union of Village 30. With her enthusiasm and high responsibility, in 2021, she was elected by the women to the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Village 30.

Despite being busy with her business, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue always completed her assigned tasks excellently. She was always proactive and active with other members in carrying out emulation movements, strictly complying with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and policies.

Ms. Hue is also a pioneer in community activities. She has mobilized relatives and sisters in the association to participate in environmental protection, building green - clean - beautiful village roads and alleys. Social and charitable work has always been of special interest to her. She and everyone have donated to support flood victims, given gifts to children on June 1 and Mid-Autumn Festival. When a member or a resident of the group is sick, she always promptly visits, encourages and shares.

Ms. Hue's story is not only about personal efforts but also about spreading good values to the community. With her success in business, she has created 10 stable jobs with good income for local people.

Ms. Nong Thi My Loc - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Duc Trong Commune, President of the Commune Women's Union shared about Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue: "Since participating in the union's work, Ms. Hue has always been trusted and credited by the women and not only has she strived to complete the activities of the union and the locality well but has also been a shining example for members to learn from."

Ms. Hue shared that she still cherishes many new plans, hoping to continue expanding production, creating more jobs for local women, helping them have a stable income and a better life. Ms. Hue believes that, with the support of the association at all levels and her constant efforts, those dreams will soon become reality.
