Linh Ho commune Party Committee currently has 61 affiliated Party cells, with 942 Party members; has completed the standardization of the Party member database 3.0, and has implemented the exchange of Party membership cards at 94.2%.

The work of grasping the ideological situation of cadres, party members, and people; organizing to collect opinions to participate in documents of Party Congresses at all levels is carried out regularly. The leadership, direction, inspection, and supervision of the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee and socio-political organizations have many positive changes... The work of economic development and maintaining agricultural production is deployed with focus; administrative procedures are resolved promptly, ensuring good service to the needs of people and businesses. Budget revenue in the area reached 397.7 million VND, reaching 129.2% of the assigned estimate; disbursement of national target programs reached over 4,300 million VND, reaching 48.8% of the plan.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee Tran Quang Minh acknowledged the initial positive results of the commune after 2 months of operating the 2-level local government. He requested Linh Ho commune to urgently study and review the regulations of the Central and the province in the coming time, have a plan to arrange and organize the staff appropriately; proactively build a strong political system; do a good job of inspection and supervision. Pay attention to building "Four-good Party organizations, four-good grassroots Party cells"; promote the role of "close to the people" socio-political organizations; pay attention to the management and use of finance and assets to ensure compliance with principles; have solutions to promote socio-economic development, develop economic models; improve the lives of people in the area.
