Cooperation on the parliamentary channel between Vietnam and the Russian Federation has been consolidated and developed well. The two sides regularly maintain delegation exchanges. The two sides signed an agreement on the establishment of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee in 2018. This is the first high-level bilateral inter-parliamentary cooperation model between the Vietnamese National Assembly and a foreign legislative body.
