According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , at the invitation of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin led a high-ranking Russian delegation to pay an official visit to Vietnam and co-chair the 4th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the National Assembly of Vietnam and the State Duma of Russia from September 28-29, 2025.
