The Banh Mi Xin Chao restaurant opened in October 2016, owned by two brothers, Bui Thanh Duy and Bui Thanh Tam. These “purely Vietnamese” sandwiches have created excitement for many Japanese people and have attracted the attention of the media in the Land of the Rising Sun.

Living and studying in Japan for more than 10 years, with the desire to bring Vietnamese street food to start a business in Japan, and at the same time promote their country's culture to the world , two brothers Duy and Tam decided to start a business with bread with traditional Vietnamese flavors.
