National Assembly Chairman presents 'extremely special' gift during Youth Month

Responding to Youth Month 2024, the working delegation led by National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue attended the inauguration ceremony and presented a 'very special' gift to Nam Thanh Secondary School, Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province.
On the morning of February 25, on the occasion of the Youth Month 2024 launching ceremony, the Central Youth Union and the Central Young Pioneer Council organized a program to present and hand over the project "Space for reading, interacting and Young Pioneer activities" at Nam Thanh Secondary School (Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province). Attending the program were National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue; Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization Pham Tat Thang; Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education Nguyen Dac Vinh; Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Science, Technology and Environment Le Quang Huy. On the side of Nghe An province, there was Mr. Thai Thanh Quy, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the People's Council of Nghe An province. On the side of the Central Youth Union, there was Mr. Bui Quang Huy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong, Permanent Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union.
The reading space with many features, utilities, and information technology applications has opened a healthy and useful playground, educating historical traditions, ethics, cultural lifestyle, equipping knowledge and skills for young team members, teenagers, and children. At the school yard, when seeing National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and leaders of departments, ministries, branches, and the Central Youth Union appear, the children were very excited and joyful because it was the first time they met the National Assembly Chairman in person. In the new reading space, the National Assembly Chairman and Nghe An children sang the song Who loves Uncle Ho Chi Minh more than teenagers and children .

Receiving the project donated by the organizing committee, Mr. Nguyen Lam Trach, Principal of Nam Thanh Secondary School, was very happy and moved, and said that Nam Thanh Secondary School was established in September 2009, when the facilities were still difficult and the number of students was small. After more than 15 years of construction, the school's facilities and classrooms have been gradually invested in. The school always strives to fulfill its assigned educational tasks, in which it pays special attention to educating revolutionary traditions, love for the homeland and country, national pride, solidarity among ethnic groups and aspirations to rise up.
Mr. Bui Quang Huy donated the project to the school.
