Special art program "Keeping the oath

In commemoration of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), towards the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025), on the evening of July 20, at the Central Public Security Department historical site, Minh Thanh commune (Tuyen Quang), the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with Vietnam Television to organize a special art exchange program with the theme "Keeping the oath - The heroic song from the origin."

Attending the program were comrades: Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Delegation, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security; General Trinh Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; representatives of central departments, ministries, branches, leaders of Tuyen Quang province..., and a large number of people of all ethnic groups in the province.

Speaking at the program, General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security, emphasized: Our Party, State and people; including the People's Public Security force, will forever remember the great contributions of heroes, martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services to the revolution, who fought bravely, sacrificed their lives and blood for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the peace and happiness of the people and fulfilled their noble international obligations.

According to General Luong Tam Quang, in the series of activities to pay tribute to heroes, martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and people with revolutionary contributions, the art exchange program "Keeping the oath - Heroic song from the origin" is also a promise of the entire People's Public Security force, before the souls of heroes, martyrs, and predecessors, to continuously promote glorious traditions, maintain security and order in all situations, ensure a peaceful and stable environment, contribute with the entire Party, people, and army to build a Vietnam with rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness, civilization, on par with the world powers...

The special art exchange program includes three chapters: Chapter One “The Revolutionary Path,” Chapter Two “Belief in Victory,” and Chapter Three “Keeping the Oath.”

On this occasion, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security presented gifts to 30 policy families.

Earlier the same day, the delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by General Luong Tam Quang, Minister of Public Security, visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Nguyen Thi Nhon in An Tuong ward (Tuyen Quang); organized a house inauguration ceremony in the program "Eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses" for the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Luan in Minh Thanh commune; visited, encouraged and presented gifts to war invalid Nguyen Quang Tuong in Minh Thanh commune (Tuyen Quang)./.
