(QNO) - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Tri Thanh has just signed a decision to announce the list of legal documents issued by the People's Council and People's Committee of Quang Nam province that will expire in whole or in part in 2023.
According to Decision No. 160 dated January 24, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman, there are 42 legal documents that will expire in 2023; 8 legal documents that will expire in full before January 1, 2023 and 20 legal documents that will partially expire in 2023.
In the list of 42 legal documents that have expired, there are 26 resolutions issued by the Provincial People's Council. In particular, regarding the personnel policy, there is Resolution No. 01 dated January 13, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council on amending and supplementing Resolution No. 11 dated April 19, 2017 of the Provincial People's Council on the policy of supporting specialized technical training for public health career officials of the province, period 2017 - 2021.
Resolution No. 01 has expired as stipulated in the document according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 154 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents.
Or Resolution No. 52 dated December 6, 2018 of the Provincial People's Council on regulations on training and fostering expenditure levels for cadres, civil servants and public employees in Quang Nam province. This Resolution is replaced by Resolution No. 11 dated July 12, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council.
