Land brokers flock to villages, Dak Lak authorities warn of virtual fever

(Dan Tri) - Before the news that an industrial park was being invested in and built in Cu M'gar district ( Dak Lak ), land brokers flocked to the villages, advertising land for sale, causing a stir in the countryside.

In Ea Drong commune, Cu M'gar district (Dak Lak), recently there have been many people coming and going to inquire about buying and selling land. The main roads are full of signs advertising land for sale, with phone numbers, and land brokers also gather in groups to discuss and price the plots of land.

Most of the land brokers gather at coffee shops and cafes, parking their vehicles in a messy manner, making traffic difficult.

Not only that, social networks are also full of posts related to land for sale in Ea Drong commune. The land price for sale ranges from 120-200 million VND/m.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Truong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea Drong Commune, confirmed that since the beginning of March, many land brokers have flocked to the area, "heating up" the real estate market here. The reason for the land fever in the commune is that the Phu Xuan Industrial Park is about to be built, so land brokers have flocked to the commune.

According to Mr. Truong, people's land plots are almost gone because they were sold during the land fever in 2020. Therefore, current transactions are mainly between land brokers and "surfing" land bought during the previous fever.

Faced with this situation, Ea Drong commune has strengthened the management and control of real estate price fluctuations. It has assigned cadastral and construction officers to monitor and supervise the real estate market situation in the area to promptly take measures to prevent the spreading of rumors and speculation to "inflate" real estate prices for profit.

"The commune monitors the change of land use purpose in the commune, considers any acts of subdivision, sale of land or other violations to have a direction for handling," said Mr. Truong.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea Drong commune informed that during the land fever in 2020, some local people received deposits, signed authorization, and handed over the red books to land brokers to do the procedures, and have not returned them to this day.

Therefore, the People's Committee of Cu Mgar district has directed the People's Committee of Ea Drong commune to take part in propaganda from the beginning, closely follow the situation to report to competent authorities for strict handling according to regulations.
