According to research, the teacher in the picture above is Ms. Hoang Minh Diep, a teacher at Minh Chuan Primary and Secondary School, Luc Yen District, Yen Bai Province.

The school has 3 levels from kindergarten to junior high school with more than 500 students. This is one of the schools that suffered heavy damage from storm number 3 and its circulation.

Ms. Vu Thu Huong, Principal of Minh Chuan Primary and Secondary School, informed that Ms. Diep is a preschool teacher at the school.

According to Ms. Huong, her house is opposite the school gate, so during the rainy and flood days, Ms. Diep is one of the first people to update on the school's situation.
