On June 27, the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05, Ministry of Public Security ) said that this agency had just coordinated with the functional forces to invite a young man who posted a video and images describing the comments in the title related to the information about the leak of the 2024 high school graduation exam questions to work.

Previously, through a cyberspace review to ensure the security and safety of the 2024 National High School Graduation Exam, A05 discovered that the Tiktok account "Mo Quann" posted 2 videos sharing images describing the comments in the title related to the information about the leaked 2024 High School Graduation Exam.
During the verification, A05 identified the account owner "Mo Quann" as NMQ (18 years old, residing in Ung Hoa district, Hanoi ), a student at Tran Dang Ninh High School (Ung Hoa district).

Working with the police, Q. admitted that on June 22, this young man accidentally read information about the 2024 high school graduation exam on the Tiktok channel "Literary Highlights - 2024". Along with that, Q. himself is also preparing for the 2024 high school graduation exam and also has a feeling about the exam that matches the posted information.
Therefore, Q. created a video to re-share content related to the 2024 high school graduation exam on his Tiktok account "Mo Quann" for everyone to refer to, without any other purpose, not intentionally causing public confusion.
At the police station, Q. voluntarily removed all the violating information about the 2024 high school graduation exam on the tiktok account "Mo Quann" and pledged not to repeat the offense.
The police are evaluating the circumstances to have a plan to handle Q. according to regulations.
