On the morning of December 12, the Provincial Emulation and Reward Committee (TĐKT) held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.

Implementing the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation", "The more difficult it is, the more we must emulate"; the Emulation and Commendation Board and the Department of Home Affairs have advised the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee to promptly direct the implementation of emulation movements launched by the Central Government; continue to deploy solutions to innovate and improve state management of emulation and commendation; innovate and improve the quality of emulation and commendation work in the province.

Implementing Directive No. 19/CT-TTg dated July 16, 2021 of the Prime Minister on launching emulation to successfully carry out the annual socio-economic development tasks and the 5-year Plan (2021-2025) according to the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, the Economic Emulation Committee and the Department of Home Affairs have advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue an implementation plan, organize the launch and promote the patriotic emulation movement to strive to successfully carry out the targets set out in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025; direct Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province to direct emulation content to carry out the political tasks of localities and units; Implement the Resolutions of the Party Committees in conjunction with promoting the Campaign "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in the spirit of Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo (Term XII); continue to promote administrative procedure reform, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, the effectiveness of direction and administration of authorities at all levels, especially the grassroots authorities. Advise the province to promptly and effectively implement emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister in the province such as the movements: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas"; "For the poor - no one is left behind"; "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to practice office culture"; "Promote the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure; practice thrift, combat waste"; "Promote administrative reform in the province"; Plan to organize lifelong learning response week in 2024 in the province...

Emulation movements always receive the active response and participation of collectives and individuals, creating a strong driving force for development, promoting dynamism and creativity in performing assigned tasks. The commendation work is carried out in accordance with regulations, promptly, publicly, transparently, with the right people, the right job, with high persuasiveness and influence, serving well the political tasks of the province, agencies, units and localities.

However, in addition to the achieved results, there are still some shortcomings, limitations and issues that need to be considered and resolved with a spirit of frankness, openness, innovation and creativity, thereby achieving more substantial and stronger changes in the coming time.

Promoting the achieved results, in 2025, the Economic Emulation Committee and the Department of Home Affairs will advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to continue to thoroughly grasp, strengthen leadership, direction and propaganda of Ho Chi Minh's thought on patriotic emulation; policies, laws on emulation and commendation, focusing on the Law on Emulation and Commendation and detailed implementing documents. At the same time, continue to launch new emulation movements with the motto: practical, closely following assigned political tasks, associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle, creating breakthroughs in completing the targets and tasks set by Party Congresses at all levels and the 5-year plan (2021-2025). At the conference, after listening to the Draft Summary Report on the 2024 TĐKT work and the directions and tasks for 2025; instructions on the implementation of Decision No. 68/2024/QD-UBND dated October 29, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Regulations on TĐKT work in Thanh Hoa province (replacing the old Decision No. 33), Instruction No. 937/HD-SNV dated November 14, 2024 of the Department of Home Affairs on organizing activities of emulation clusters and blocks; especially through the draft Instructions on scoring TĐKT work, delegates focused on exchanging, discussing, and contributing ideas to deepen the results achieved, limitations, weaknesses and causes (especially subjective causes); sharing good experiences, creative and effective ways in implementing tasks. At the same time, analyze and propose tasks and solutions that need to be focused on to complete and excellently complete the goals and tasks set out in the coming year.
