Becoming famous overnight, Mr. Trung was very surprised, not thinking that so many people loved him. Whenever anyone came to visit, he would show off the video, praising "only Thao can do that".
Mr. Trung has 5 children and currently lives with his 4th child, Xuan Thao's father. For the past 7 years, he has maintained the habit of exercising 3-4 times a day.
Last year, he was still digging in the garden, Thao humorously said "no one can stop him". Recently, the family has not allowed him to do heavy work anymore for fear of affecting his health.
At the age of 93, Mr. Trung's spirit is clear, always cheerful, and independent in all personal activities. The secret to his longevity is being a vegetarian for 9 years.
"I often eat green vegetables, tubers, and fruits grown at home, and limit eating out. I eat simply like that," the old lady said.
For Xuan Thao, her grandmother "holds the number one position in her heart". The two have been close and loved each other since Thao was a child. When she grew up and left her hometown to start a career in Ho Chi Minh City, she still considers her grandmother's teachings as the "compass" of her life.
"Last time, I wrote a letter to my grandmother. After she read it, she kept it and showed it to everyone," she recalled.

Every year, Xuan Thao takes the opportunity to return home to visit her family 2-3 times. On days when she misses her grandmother, she constantly calls and watches the home camera every day to observe what Mrs. Trung is doing.
"Every time I go back to my hometown, I often film lovely moments of my grandmother to preserve memories. I cherish every minute and every second with her," Thao said.
