Compulsory land acquisition to implement Song Cong II Industrial Park Project, phase 2

The People's Committee of Ba Xuyen Ward has just organized a forced land recovery from the household of Mr. Pham Van Long and Ms. Vu Thi Nguyet (in Na Chua residential group) to implement the project of construction and business of infrastructure of Song Cong II Industrial Park, phase 2.

The Enforcement Board of Ba Xuyen Ward People's Committee approved the decisions on enforcement and land recovery for Mr. Pham Van Long's family.

Specifically, the People's Committee of Ba Xuyen Ward forcibly recovered 7,277 square meters of land (according to Land Recovery Decision No. 1489, dated June 4, 2025 of the People's Committee of the old Song Cong City), along with all assets and trees on the recovered land area of ​​the family of Mr. Pham Van Long and Ms. Vu Thi Nguyet.

Previously, the People's Committee of Ba Xuyen ward had propagated and mobilized Mr. Pham Van Long and Ms. Vu Thi Nguyet to hand over the land area, assets, and trees on the land according to regulations, but the family did not agree.

At the enforcement session, the People's Committee of Ba Xuyen ward, in coordination with relevant units, approved decisions to enforce the land recovery of Mr. Long's family; carry out the dismantling and moving of assets within the enforcement scope in accordance with legal procedures.
