On September 30, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong province sent a document to the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones in the area to review poor households, near-poor households and identify households working in agriculture, forestry, fishery and salt production with an average living standard; and low-income workers in 2025 in the locality.
Lam Dong Department of Agriculture and Environment requests People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones to direct relevant departments, offices and units to review, synthesize and report the above contents.
The process and forms for reviewing poor households , near-poor households and identifying farming, forestry, fishery and salt-making households with average living standards shall comply with the provisions of Decision No. 24/2021/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister and Consolidated Document No. 24, dated July 30, 2025 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment . Regarding reviewing and reporting on identifying low-income workers, it shall comply with Decree No. 30/2025/ND-CP, dated February 24, 2025 of the Government.
The method and form for reviewing and classifying poor and near-poor households and determining the income of households working in agriculture, forestry, fishery, and salt production with average living standards are implemented according to the appendices attached to consolidated document No. 24 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
The implementation period for the above contents is from September 1 to December 15. Preliminary results must be reported to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before October 25 and official results before November 5.
At the same time, make a detailed list of poor and near-poor households to serve the construction of a database on poverty reduction and connect with the national database, send it to the Department of Agriculture and Environment before January 15, 2026 for synthesis and reporting to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment according to regulations.
The report on the implementation results of the first 6 months of 2025 of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Lam Dong province (new) said that by the end of 2024, the whole province had 35,434 multidimensional poor households, equivalent to 4.06% of the total population of the whole province.
It is estimated that by 2025, the whole province will have about 19,796 multidimensional poor households (equivalent to 2.27% of the total population of the whole province), a decrease of 15,638 households compared to 2024, equivalent to a decrease of 1.79%.
