In the 2020-2025 term, BIDV Tuyen Quang Party Committee has promoted its role as a political nucleus, united, unanimous, focused on leading and effectively implementing assigned tasks, contributing to socio-economic development and social security in the locality. The goals set out in the Congress Resolution were all achieved and exceeded the plan; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and Party members were gradually improved.

During this term, BIDV Tuyen Quang Party Committee has been ranked as having completed its tasks well or better; Party members have always promoted exemplary spirit in political ideology, qualities, ethics, lifestyle, actively implementing the Party's guidelines, policies, and State laws. The results of the Party members' quality assessment over the years have reached 100% of the Party members having completed their tasks well or better, with no cases of disciplinary violations.

Regarding production and business activities, although the beginning of the term was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, business indicators grew steadily and sustainably; capital structure improved in a positive and stable direction.

By December 31, 2024, BIDV Tuyen Quang had mobilized capital for growth reaching nearly VND 4,625 billion, an average growth rate of nearly 5%/year; outstanding credit growth to December 31, 2024 reached VND 4,392 billion, an average growth rate of approximately 13%/year; the bad debt ratio was controlled at below 2%. The unit ensures jobs and income for employees; fully fulfills its obligations to pay the state budget; in the period of 2020-2024, the total value of social security implemented in the province is nearly VND 40 billion.

BIDV Tuyen Quang strives for the 2025-2030 term: the Party Committee completes its tasks or better, the affiliated Party Cells complete their tasks well or better; 100% of Party members complete their tasks, of which 80% or more Party members complete their tasks well; admits 5 new Party members; Pre-tax profit grows by an average of 13.2%/year; capital mobilization grows by an average of 9%/year, reaching 7,760 billion VND at the end of the term; outstanding credit grows by an average of 10%/year, reaching 7,780 billion VND at the end of the term; service revenue grows by an average of 10%/year, striving to reach 23 billion VND by the end of 2023; bad debt control is less than 1.5%/total outstanding debt during the entire term.

Comrade Le Ngoc Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of BIDV Vietnam gave a speech at the Congress.

In his speech at the Congress, Comrade Le Ngoc Lam, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of BIDV acknowledged the achievements of the BIDV Tuyen Quang Party Committee in the past term. These achievements contributed significantly to the overall achievements of the entire BIDV system.

At the same time, it clearly demonstrates the role and responsibility of the bank for the socio-economic development in the locality. He suggested that in the next term, the BIDV Tuyen Quang Party Committee continue to closely follow the general development orientation of BIDV; improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization; build a team of cadres and party members with good qualities, capacity, sense of responsibility and steadfastness, meeting the requirements in the new situation.

He believes that the Party Committee of BIDV Tuyen Quang will continue to strive to complete the set targets for the 2025-2030 term, contributing to building BIDV to grow stronger and stronger.

The Congress voted to pass the Congress Resolution; elected the new BIDV Bank Party Executive Committee consisting of 7 comrades. Comrade Nguyen Duc Hanh, Director of BIDV Tuyen Quang, was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee for the 4th term, 2025-2030. The Congress also voted to elect a delegation to attend the Congress at a higher level.
