On the morning of April 12, leaders of Vinh Loc district offered incense at the revolutionary historical relic Xuan Ang Pagoda ( Vinh Long commune) - where the first Party cell of Vinh Loc district was established, on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the first Communist Party cell - the predecessor of Vinh Loc district Party Committee (April 16, 1934 - April 16, 2024).

In a solemn atmosphere, officials and leaders of Vinh Loc district respectfully offered incense to express gratitude and commemorate the contributions of senior party members who founded, educated and trained the first Party Cell.

Immediately after the incense offering ceremony, district leaders visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Pham Thi Dat in Tien Ich 2 village, Vinh Quang commune, Vinh Loc district.
