List of communes and wards in Ha Tinh applying regional minimum wage from July 1

(Baohatinh.vn) - Of the 69 communes and wards after the administrative unit arrangement, Ha Tinh will have 12 communes and wards applying the minimum wage of region III.

The Government has just issued a list of localities applying the regional minimum wage issued together with Decree No. 128/2025/ND-CP dated June 11, 2025, regulating decentralization and delegation in state management of the home affairs sector.

According to Decree 128/ND/CP, in Ha Tinh, the regional minimum wage is applied in region III, including wards: Song Tri, Hai Ninh, Hoanh Son, Vung Ang, Thanh Sen, Tran Phu, Ha Huy Tap and communes: Thach Lac, Dong Tien, Thach Khe, Cam Binh, Ky Hoa. The remaining communes and wards apply the region IV minimum wage.

The monthly regional minimum wage is as follows: Region I is 4.96 million VND/month; Region II is 4.41 million VND/month; Region III is 3.86 million VND/month; Region IV is 3.45 million VND/month.

Hourly regional minimum wage: Region I is 23,800 VND/hour; Region II is 21,200 VND/hour; Region III is 18,600 VND/hour and Region IV is 16,600 VND/hour.
