Auction of nearly 60ha of land in Vung Tau, worth more than 7,600 billion VND

Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has just decided to auction a nearly 60-hectare land plot in Vung Tau city, with a starting price of up to nearly 7,600 billion VND.

The People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau has just signed a decision to auction the right to use a nearly 60-hectare land plot in Ward 10 and Ward 11, Vung Tau City. The starting price for this land plot is up to nearly 7,600 billion VND.

According to the above decision, in nearly 60 hectares, more than 40 hectares are commercial, service and public land, and 19 hectares are residential land.

With 19 hectares of residential land allocated with land use fees, the remaining 40 hectares of land are leased with one-time payment for the entire lease term.

Land use term is 50 years from the date of signing the land allocation and land lease decision.

The starting price of the above land is more than 7,600 billion VND. Of which, 19 hectares of residential land is worth nearly 5,800 billion VND, the remaining 40 hectares are worth more than 1,800 billion VND.

This land has one side facing 3 Thang 2 Street, one of the main roads in and out of Vung Tau City. The remaining sides are adjacent to tourism and hotel projects. This is the largest land plot with the highest starting price that Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has put up for auction, up to now.
