Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union, said that the transition to a green economy and a circular economy is opening up a wide horizon of opportunities for the young generation, especially in the field of innovative startups. Young people, as key factors in shaping and developing the future of the country, possess valuable capital in the new era, which is intelligence, acumen and a daring spirit. If in the past, startups were often associated with a race for capital and technology, today, the playing field is being reshaped. Practice in recent times has proven that just a small-scale startup with a few members but with excellent ideas can create a huge impact, from the fields of renewable energy, organic agriculture, waste management, to sustainable tourism.

“I have a deep belief that, with the intelligence, aspiration and sense of responsibility of the young generation, Hue youth in particular and youth across the country in general will be the ones to write inspiring green startup stories, contributing to building a strong, prosperous and sustainable Vietnam,” Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union expressed his confidence.

According to Mr. Nguyen Tuong Lam, the daily discussion is an open dialogue space, so that young people can listen and learn from the experiences of experts, managers and especially from the examples of those who have successfully started their own businesses on this path. This is an opportunity for union members and young people to find solutions to the problem of how to both develop the economy and preserve heritage, landscape and environment of the heritage land of the ancient capital of Hue.

On the same day, at Binh Dien Prison, Hue City, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union coordinated with units to organize the program "Lighting up the dream of rehabilitation" in 2025. The program is a concrete activity to coordinate the work of education, rehabilitation, and helping prisoners and inmates of youth age reintegrate into the community in the period of 2021-2025 between the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Ministry of Public Security.
