According to HURC1, the young man is most likely a member of the ASHURA-Ultimate Calissthenics Team page... This young man has performed such actions many times on train number 1401 from Ben Thanh station to Suoi Tien bus station and train number 1602 from Suoi Tien bus station to Ben Thanh station.

"This action of the young man above upset the surrounding passengers because the train compartment is a public space, the handrails are installed to help passengers keep their balance while the train is running, not for exercise or performance.

"The act of hanging on handrails and columns on the metro train is an act that poses a safety risk to the person doing it and surrounding passengers. Meanwhile, the train at that time was quite crowded with passengers and many people were sitting in the lower seats," HURC1 emphasized.

Accordingly, HURC1 requested the Ho Chi Minh City Police to assist in directing the verification and inviting the above-mentioned subject to work and handle it according to the provisions of the law. This is to strengthen deterrence against those who cause public disorder on urban railway trains; create and maintain a good image of a civilized public transport; promptly handle inappropriate behaviors when traveling by urban railway trains.
