At the Forum, delegates and youth union members were informed about digital society trends, the results of the popular AI learning movement among youth in recent times; and were trained in applying digital technology and AI in studying, working, and supporting activities to operate the 2-level local government model and online public services at the grassroots level.

On this occasion, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Digital Youth Club organized the Launching Ceremony; the Provincial Youth Union awarded the youth project "Digitizing historical relics", and awarded the prize for the "Fragrance and beauty of Tra land" photo and video clip contest in 2025.
