More than 200 voters who are cadres, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces and people of Tua Chua district attended the voter contact meeting of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

At the conference, delegate Ta Thi Yen quickly informed voters of the results of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly. After 29.5 working days, the session passed 18 laws, 21 legal resolutions and gave initial comments on 10 laws. Also at this session, the National Assembly conducted questions and answers; conducted supreme supervision on a topic "Implementation of policies and laws on real estate market management and social housing development from 2015 to the end of 2023"; considered and decided on socio -economic and state budget issues; reviewed reports on voters' recommendations; judicial work; prevention and control of crimes and law violations, execution of judgments; prevention and control of corruption; settlement of voters' recommendations and a number of other important personnel matters.

Voters of Tua Chua district recommend: There should be general regulations on the names, functions and tasks of cultural centers at the district level to ensure consistency; policies for prestigious people in the community. Suggest that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development pay attention to investing in Nam Seo reservoir and Tua Chua water plant soon; invest in the road and bridge at the intersection of Huoi Long - Tua Chua town - Xa Nhe - Huoi So - Pe Rang Ky - Song Da - Nam Lot, Nam Han (Lai Chau province) to improve traffic connectivity with other localities. Voters also recommend to the Ministry of Finance to transfer the real estate of the Tax Department of Tuan Giao - Tua Chua area; put the Dien Bien 3 pumped storage hydropower project into the VIII power planning and allow investment implementation in the period 2021-2035.

On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Dien Bien province, delegate Nguyen Van Thang thanked the voters for their sentiments and trust in the National Assembly Delegates. The opinions and contributions of voters are the basis for the National Assembly Delegates to propose to the Government and relevant ministries and branches solutions to more effectively implement mechanisms and policies for the people. The National Assembly Delegation of the province will receive and synthesize the voters' proposals and recommendations to reflect to the competent authorities and report to the National Assembly for consideration and resolution in the coming time.
