(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On July 9, the National Assembly Delegation of Thanh Hoa province, including delegates: Bui Manh Khoa, full-time member of the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice; Tran Van Thuc, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Vo Manh Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, met with voters of Hoang Hoa commune and Sam Son ward after the 9th session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the meetings, National Assembly Deputy Tran Van Thuc, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, informed voters of Hoang Hoa commune and Sam Son ward about the results of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly .

At this session, the National Assembly reviewed, commented on and decided on a very large volume of work of historical significance, with many important contents, closely linked to the requirements of innovation, institutional improvement, and streamlining of the organizational apparatus.

Voters of Hoang Hoa commune and Sam Son ward expressed their excitement, expectations, and high agreement and consensus with the laws and resolutions passed at the session; and at the same time highly appreciated the activities of the National Assembly Delegation of Thanh Hoa province at the session.

In a democratic, frank and open atmosphere, voters of Hoang Hoa commune proposed to the National Assembly, the Government and relevant ministries, branches and agencies many issues related to the implementation of regimes and policies for part-time cadres who quit their jobs after the commune merger; policies to attract young people, qualified and enthusiastic people to participate in political and social tasks in villages and towns, especially Party cell secretaries, village chiefs, and heads of village Front work committees. Voters proposed to study increasing allowances and supporting social insurance and health insurance payments for these subjects. At the same time, they proposed to increase operating costs for political and social organizations, because currently the commune-level area after the merger is large, has many activities and a large number of members.

Voters of Hoang Hoa commune requested competent authorities to guide and inspect the implementation of regulations on extra-curricular teaching and learning according to Circular No. 29/2024/TT-BGDDT of the Minister of Education and Training.

The National Assembly delegation of the province inspected the activities of the Hoang Hoa Commune Public Administration Service Center.

Voters of Sam Son ward recommend that the National Assembly, the Government and relevant ministries, branches and agencies consider arranging commune-level officials with professional qualifications to perform state management tasks on enterprises and activities related to investment, production and business; strictly handle agencies, organizations and individuals that produce and trade in counterfeit and poor-quality goods; quickly recover real estate facilities that have been assigned to agencies, organizations and enterprises for many years but have not invested in and put into use; direct the final handling of the closure of the landfill in Trung Son ward (now Sam Son ward) to solve the problem of environmental pollution.

In addition, voters recommended early implementation of the investment project to build Sam Son General Hospital at the new facility, investing in synchronous equipment to meet the medical examination and treatment needs of the people. This project is in the investment scale survey phase of the old Sam Son City People's Committee, but is temporarily suspended to arrange the local government apparatus.

National Assembly Delegate Vo Manh Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation received and explained voters' opinions and recommendations.

Speaking at the meeting with voters of Hoang Hoa commune and Sam Son ward, National Assembly Deputy Vo Manh Son, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation respectfully thanked and accepted the enthusiastic and practical opinions of voters of the two localities.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation informed voters about the results in resolving voters' opinions and recommendations under the responsibility of central ministries and branches; the highlights of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; and discussed a number of issues of concern to voters.

Regarding voters' opinions at the contact conferences, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will fully absorb and synthesize them for submission to the National Assembly, the Government, and relevant agencies for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
