Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission Nguyen Hong Trang expressed his respect and gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of the Dien Bien soldiers who directly participated in the resistance war against the French, contributing to the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory that resounded throughout the five continents and shook the world.
