According to the Political Report presented at the congress, in the past term, the Fatherland Front of Hoang Liet ward closely followed the leadership of the ward Party Committee, closely coordinated with the government, mobilized the strength of the great national unity bloc, and achieved many outstanding results.

Major movements such as: "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" have been effectively implemented, becoming widespread movements in residential groups. The number of residential groups registering as cultural residential groups annually reaches 100%, the number of households registering as cultural families reaches an average rate of 98%.

As of November 2022, Hoang Liet ward has no more poor households, and by July 2023, there will be no more near-poor households. Many "Smart Mass Mobilization" models have been built and promoted effectively, creating positive spillovers in the community. The ward's social supervision and criticism work is carried out seriously, focusing on people's livelihood issues, land management, construction order, and environmental sanitation.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hoang Liet ward sets many specific targets, including striving for: 100% of residential groups to organize the National Great Unity Day; maintaining a cremation rate of 100%; striving for a successful mediation rate at the grassroots level of over 85%; mobilizing resources to fully care for the disadvantaged...

Attending and giving a speech at the congress, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City Dang Thi Phuong Hoa suggested that, immediately after the congress, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward should quickly disseminate, thoroughly grasp and concretize the Resolution; focus on building the great national unity bloc; promote democracy and social consensus; innovate working methods, promote the central role of connecting "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, fulfilling roles, knowing the lesson".

The activities and movements of the ward Fatherland Front must closely follow the people's lives and aspirations, focusing on practical issues such as environmental protection, building a "Bright - green - clean - beautiful" urban area, taking care of social security, and supporting the disadvantaged.

At the same time, the Ward Fatherland Front promotes the role of the People's Inspection Committee and the Community Investment Supervision Committee; focuses on training and fostering Front officials who are dedicated, responsible, courageous, and have the skills to mobilize the people; builds a united, dynamic, and close-to-the-people collective...

Speaking at the congress, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Liet Ward Nguyen Truong Son suggested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hoang Liet Ward needs to thoroughly grasp the Congress Resolution, promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy, innovation and creativity; focus on implementing the 6 proposed action programs, prioritizing breakthroughs in propaganda, mobilization, supervision and social criticism.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the ward proactively coordinates with the government and organizations, mobilizes the strength of the entire people, creates social consensus to build Hoang Liet ward to develop comprehensively, civilized and modern; perfects the organization, improves the quality of Front cadres; replicates advanced models and examples; links the patriotic emulation movement with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Previously, on the first working day, the congress consulted to elect 51 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Liet Ward, Term I. At the first meeting, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Liet Ward consulted to elect the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Ward. Comrade Nguyen Viet Cuu was consulted to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Liet Ward for the 2025-2030 term.
